Who we are

Berti was founded in 2011 to support growing businesses that can make a positive difference to our planet.

We believe that the greatest impact can be achieved through scalable low carbon businesses that serve a triple bottom line:

We share our offices with The Bertha Foundation and benefit from access to a much larger team of lawyers, accountants and advisers, in addition to Bertha’s global network.

Bertha support

that are working to bring about social and economic justice, and human rights for all.

Bertha envision a society in which activists build collective power, stories come from many different voices, and law is used as a tool for justice.

Combined Power

When activists, storytellers and lawyers work together on an issue, big change can happen. While powerful on their own, Bertha have learned that – if given the resources to connect and collaborate – their combined power is much greater than the sum of its parts. Bertha create and respond to opportunities for their network to work together and exchange strategies to amplify.
